Job summary

Five Guys is hiring a Data Platform Engineer (Azure) to build and operate the enterprise data platform. You will implement IaC, automate CI/CD, and manage Azure data services and Databricks. The role partners with Data Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics-ready infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in DevOps/SRE and deep Azure and Databricks experience, with a focus on secure, observable, and cost-conscious cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, and related disciplines.
• 3–5+ years hands-on with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Azure Data Services and cloud infra management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IaC for Azure data environments.
• Build and support highly available, secure Azure cloud environments.
• Administer Databricks workspaces and govern platforms.
