Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, Analytics, and Digital Transformation.
Define enterprise data strategy and architect scalable cloud solutions.
Lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.
Drive Azure cloud transformation and migration initiatives using Azure SQL, ADLS, Synapse.
Establish architecture standards, governance, security controls, and best practices.
Mentor teams on architecture implementation, performance, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end data platform architectures including Data Lakehouse and Data Warehouse.
Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security.
Drive real-time and batch data processing designs and optimizations.
Provide technical leadership in reviews, PoCs, and proposal development.
Partner with business and delivery teams to shape roadmaps and initiatives.
Guide DevOps, observability, and CI/CD across cloud data platforms.
