Job summary

LatentView Analytics is seeking a Data Engineering Lead in Seattle to guide a small team of engineers in building scalable data pipelines with SQL, Python, and PySpark. The role focuses on translating client requirements into actionable technical tasks and delivering high-quality data solutions across analytics projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of data engineers with delivery accountability.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python and PySpark for pipeline development.
• Hands-on Azure expertise including ADLS/ADLA/Azure Synapse.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for reporting assets.
• Experience in digital marketing measurement, A/B testing and KPI reporting.
• Ability to translate client requirements into actionable data engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-4 data engineers, guiding delivery and quality.
• Engage with clients to understand objectives and translate them into plans.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, PySpark.
• Build and manage Power BI dashboards within Microsoft Fabric workspaces.
• Support marketing measurement, experimentation, and data-driven insights.
• Promote AI-enabled productivity and responsible data practices.
