Description

Responsibilities: This role focuses on the Microsoft ecosystem, including SSIS, SQL, and Azure. Key responsibilities include:

1. Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure—covering compute, storage, networking, and databases.
2. Maintain strong knowledge of data pipelines, Azure Monitoring, and Logging.
3. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and releases.
4. Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data transformations using SQL.
5. Hands-on experience with Azure, SSIS, and MS SQL.
6. Leverage Azure services (Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions) for data transformation and storage.
7. Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
8. Maintain the availability, security, and performance of data and analytics solutions.
9. Apply security principles and best practices for cloud environments.
10. Design and implement data platforms and analytics solutions on Azure, including Azure Data Factory.
11. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across platforms.
12. Document data models, architecture, and processes for maintenance and scalability.
13. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insights, and enable data-driven decision-making.
14. Build end-to-end BI and high-performance analytics solutions.
15. Understand cloud-native architectures and best practices.
16. Experience with data platforms and analytics tools on Azure.
17. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python.
