Job summary

NAC is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our delivery team. You will design, build, and optimize data solutions on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric to empower analytics, reporting, and digital transformation across the firm.

You will work with a modern data stack, automate pipelines, and deliver scalable, reliable data assets for enterprise use, collaborating with IT leadership and the data team to ensure governance and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or data engineering.
At least 3 years of Data Engineer experience in large enterprise environments.
Experience building data pipelines and cloud data solutions on Azure.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks).
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to support reporting and analytics.
Create ingestion patterns from various sources (applications, APIs, databases, files).
Implement scheduling, orchestration, and error handling for reliable data loads.
Support Microsoft Fabric solutions including dataflows, lakehouses, and data warehouses.
Develop curated datasets and semantic models to support Power BI reporting.
Monitor performance and tune data workflows for scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders; translate requirements into data solutions.
