Job summary

MaxHealth is seeking a Data Engineer to develop, maintain, and support enterprise data pipelines within our cloud analytics ecosystem. You will collaborate with Data Platform Engineers, Analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate data for reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities include building ADF pipelines, modernizing legacy processes, and ensuring data quality across lakehouse and data warehouse environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Strong SQL development skills.
• Experience with ADF, SSIS, or similar data integration tools.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data transformation workflows.
• Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and/or Fabric.
• Support migration of legacy SSIS processes to modern cloud-based solutions.
• Build and maintain reusable ELT processes for data ingestion and transformation.
• Integrate data from operational systems, applications, APIs, and third-party vendors.
• Support data loading processes into data lake, warehouse, and reporting environments.
• Monitor pipelines and troubleshoot execution failures.
• Respond to data incidents and support operational data processes.
• Document data mappings and transformation logic.
