Job summary

Signature IT World Inc. in Weehawken, NJ is seeking an Azure Data Engineer to migrate an existing Sybase environment to MS SQL Server in Azure Cloud.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions using Azure data services. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of data engineering experience, strong SQL and ETL/ELT skills, and hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse.

Qualifications

• . 7+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse
• Hands-on experience with SQL and ETL/ELT development
• Experience with Python or PySpark
• Knowledge of Azure Storage, Data Lake, and CI/CD
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preferred: Power BI or Azure DevOps is a plus
