Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Data Architect to lead the Data Architecture & Strategy team and advance enterprise data ecosystems. You will partner with business and technology teams to deliver governed, scalable data platforms and data products.

The ideal candidate combines deep cloud data platform expertise with business acumen, capable of communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise data architecture standards, reference architectures, and solution patterns.
• Design scalable, secure, and governed data architectures supporting analytics, reporting, AI, and operational use cases.
• Establish architectural guardrails and best practices across data platforms, data products, and analytics solutions.
• Drive enterprise data modernization initiatives and recommend emerging technologies, patterns, and capabilities.
• Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into architecture solutions.
• Provide architecture reviews for self-service analytics, reporting, and data product initiatives.
• Communicate risks and tradeoffs in business terms.
• Build relationships with leaders to drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Partner with vendors and MSPs for design, roadmaps, and deployment.
