Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a skilled Cloud Stack Developer (Azure) to design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable applications. You will work on full-stack development using Spring Boot, React, and MS SQL Server to deliver robust, secure solutions in an on-site Lincoln setting.

Responsibilities include building RESTful APIs, creating data-driven dashboards with Power BI/SSRS, and leveraging Azure services (App Services, Functions, SQL).

Formación

• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and two years of coding experience, or equivalent training.
• Preferred: 5+ years in full-stack development and strong Spring Boot (Java) backend expertise.
• Proficient in React frontend development and SQL Server with query optimization.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices, authentication mechanisms, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Spring Boot, React, and MS SQL Server.
• Develop and expose RESTful APIs to support internal and external integrations.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-ends with React.
• Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards using SQL Server and Power BI/SSRS.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization with Azure AD B2C.
• Deploy and manage apps on Azure (App Services, Functions, SQL).
• Collaborate with architects, QA, and stakeholders in Agile sprints (JIRA).
• Focus on performance, scalability, and security; troubleshoot production issues.
