This highly collaborative, client-facing role emphasizes ownership from discovery through implementation, mentorship of technicians, and delivering repeatable solutions that drive continuous value for our clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems engineering or cloud infrastructure.
• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing Azure solutions.
• Experience with cloud migrations, Azure networking, identity, security, governance, and DR.
• Ability to guide clients and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand goals and challenges.
• Conduct Azure readiness assessments and cloud discovery engagements.
• Develop Azure adoption strategies and migration roadmaps.
• Design secure, scalable Azure environments and networking.
• Deploy and manage Azure resources (VMs, VNets, storage, DNS).
• Establish governance, security, and compliance practices.
• Monitor performance and optimize cloud operations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Create architecture diagrams and implementation guides.
