Job summary

Sphera is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to own the technical direction for a portfolio of cloud-based SaaS solutions on Microsoft Azure. You’ll translate requirements into robust architectures, mentor engineers, and guide multi-tenant design with security and performance in mind.

The role partners with agile teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure software from design through implementation, shaping our cloud technology roadmap across global environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Web and Cloud development experience.
• Experience architecting Cloud SaaS multi-tenant systems.
• Strong Azure knowledge and backend performance focus.
• Proficient in C#, JSON, REST APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience leading development teams and Azure DevOps usage.

Responsibilities

• Guide and own the system architecture roadmap for a portfolio of solutions.
• Coordinate and lead agile teams to design, estimate, develop, test and deliver software products.
• Communicate architecture, deadlines and expectations clearly to stakeholders.
• Develop secure, scalable RESTful services and APIs.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in cloud SaaS delivery.
• Plan project timelines, milestones and adjust priorities as needed.
