Job summary

IMPACT Technology Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Azure Cloud Security Engineer to join a cybersecurity team in the Phoenix area. The role is hybrid (Tempe/Phoenix, 4 days onsite / 1 remote) with a permanent opening. U.S.

Citizen or Green Card holder eligibility applies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Azure experience and familiarity with Azure security controls, IAM, monitoring, and cloud security posture.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3+ years of meaningful Azure experience.
• Experience with Azure security controls, IAM, permissions, monitoring, vulnerabilities, and cloud security posture.
• AZ-500 and/or Microsoft SC certifications are a plus.
• Defender, Sentinel, EDR, and incident response experience are valuable but not required.
• Database/SQL Security or AI Security experience is a plus.
