Job summary

Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC is seeking a Cloud & Security Engineer to lead Azure and Microsoft 365 projects, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive security governance. The role is based on-site in New York City, supporting cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.

You will architect solutions, implement policies, and coordinate data protection initiatives with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a BS in a related field and at least 4 years’ experience in Azure/M365, Intune, Power

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
4+ years with Azure and Microsoft 365.
4+ years of security and HIPAA compliance knowledge.
4+ years with Intune management.
4+ years with Azure Resources Management.
4+ years with Power Platform.
4+ years of analytical, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead teams to identify, categorize, prioritize, and analyze data to build migration plans and solution architectures.
Plan and execute Centrify PAM cyber project health checks, strategy, and implementations.
Plan, manage, and coordinate OneDrive implementation with HIPAA and Data Security compliance.
Design and implement Office 365/Azure AD Premium security, governance, and compliance.
Architect and build cloud solutions per enterprise roadmaps and standards.
Create network policies and defend against unauthorized access.
Perform vulnerability tests, identify threats, and develop disaster recovery plans.
Improve Cloud Infrastructure, on-prem and hybrid environments using PowerShell and related tools.
