Job summary

Key duties include FortiGate firewall administration, Kubernetes/OpenShift networking, Traefik/NGINX ingress control, and Cloudflare DNS/load balancing. Strong scripting and collaboration with security and cloud teams are required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS/CIS, or a related subject, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive Azure networking experience (VNETs, NSGs, UDRs, ExpressRoute, Private Link, native load balancing).
• Hands-on production experience administering FortiGate firewalls.
• Kubernetes/OpenShift networking experience, including CNI, services, and network policy.
• Scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or Terraform with Git-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and troubleshoot Azure network topologies (VNETs, peering, Private Link, ExpressRoute).
• Administer FortiGate firewalls across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Manage Cisco Meraki networking and FortiSASE platform for remote workforce.
• Configure ingress controllers (Traefik/NGINX) and service exposure.
• Operate Cloudflare WAF, load balancing, DNS, and Zero Trust policies.
• Produce network diagrams and maintain SOP-driven changes.
