Job summary

Orveon Global US LLC is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure and Security team in Columbus to design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure and SaaS) while maintaining security posture. The role acts as the IT escalation point for users in the New York office, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and high user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Entra, Purview).
• 3+ years in cloud infrastructure role (Azure and others).
• Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure and security principles.
• Familiarity with SaaS application management and security.
• Experience with scripting and cloud reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement compliance and data governance policies using Purview.
• Oversee Azure services and enforce security best practices.
• Design and deploy scalable, secure cloud solutions.
• Manage and monitor Azure infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Monitor identity and access management controls.
• Support integration and security for multiple SaaS platforms.
• Ensure security policies using Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Key Vault, and secure linked services.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and services.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on Azure and other cloud technologies.
• Stay up to date with Azure innovations and improvements.
• Document support procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Deliver frontline end-user support for the New York office: triage issues, admin networks, coordinate with remote teams.
