Job summary

Vishay Malvern is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Admin to evolve from system administration to engineering, automation, and scalable cloud design in a hybrid environment. You will design and optimize Azure environments, automate tasks, and manage hybrid identity and Exchange ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with core Azure services (VMs, networking, storage).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, support, and evolve Azure environments for scalability, high availability, and cost optimization.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform).
• Administer, troubleshoot, and patch Windows Server environments across cloud and on-premises.
• Support and maintain hybrid identity (Active Directory and Entra ID), including synchronization, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Manage and troubleshoot Exchange environments, including hybrid configurations and mail flow.
• Implement and improve security using Zero Trust principles, RBAC, and secure secret management (Key Vault).
• Design monitoring and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics with a focus on proactive remediation.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure deployments using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Drive automation-first and self-healing approaches to reduce manual intervention and prevent recurring issues.
