Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks an Azure Cloud Full Stack Application Developer for a hybrid role in Boston. You will build scalable backend microservices and rich UI applications using SPA or microfrontends, leveraging Azure Native services and API-driven designs.

You’ll collaborate with teams to implement DevSecOps practices, manage Azure services, and develop infrastructure as code with Terraform and ARM Templates. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred, 5–8 years experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Cloud-native development with Azure native services, microservices, and API-driven design.
• Full stack development with SPA or microfrontends and .NET Core.
• Azure services management including PaaS, CDN, routing, databases, and storage.
• Event-driven architecture with Kafka, Zookeeper, and Azure integration services.
• DevSecOps with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Azure CI; IaC with Terraform and ARM Templates.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend microservices and API-driven features.
• Build rich UI apps using ReactJS or Angular (SPA or microfrontends).
• Implement event-driven architectures with Kafka and Azure services.
• Manage and run Azure services including databases and storage.
• Apply DevSecOps practices and IaC for CI/CD pipelines.
