Job summary

Savas Software is seeking a full‑time Cloud Engineer to support Azure cloud operations, infrastructure, and platform initiatives. You will work directly with the Lead Cloud Engineer on daily cloud operations, deployment pipelines, and security‑driven platform improvements in a production environment.

Key focus areas include Azure infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, and cloud security, with opportunities to grow expertise in Azure, DevOps, and compliance practices within a healthcare tech context.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of cloud engineering, infrastructure, or IT operations experience (Azure preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services: App Services, Functions, VNets, RBAC, and basic monitoring.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repositories, artifact management) or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Solid experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience with or exposure to .NET application deployment and management.
• Good understanding of cloud networking, identity, and security fundamentals.
• Proficiency with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent).
• Willingness to learn and grow within a production cloud environment with a focus on security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Azure Infrastructure & Operations: manage App Services, Functions, storage, and API Management.
• Handle deployments across UAT, staging, production with reliability and security.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure or app availability issues and document findings.
• Monitor using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Support IAM tasks: Azure AD registrations, managed identities, RBAC reviews.
• Maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for .NET 9 apps and CI/CD workflows.
