Job summary

Office Ally is hiring a Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage Azure‑based cloud solutions and services. You will work with cross‑functional teams including security and operations to build scalable, compliant cloud environments.

The role emphasizes IaC, automation, and governance with a focus on SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance, cost optimization, and secure deployments across PaaS, AKS, and networking components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years in a cloud engineering role implementing and managing Microsoft Azure solutions.
• Deep understanding of Azure services: VMs, Networking, Storage, Databases, Security, and DevOps.
• Proficiency with Terraform and scripting for IaC.
• Experience with IAM, encryption, security controls, and HIPAA/SOC 2.
• Experience operating AKS or Kubernetes in production.
• Strong teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure cloud solutions including VMs, networks, storage, databases, and PaaS.
• Manage IaC with Terraform and scripting to automate delivery and provisioning.
• Operate AKS clusters, ingress, RBAC, and security controls.
• Configure networking, DNS, firewalls, and Private Endpoints; optimize cost.
• Support SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance through controls and audits.
