Job summary

Langan is seeking a Staff Azure Cloud Engineer to join its national Digital Solutions Team. You will provision, configure, and maintain Azure resources supporting Esri ArcGIS Enterprise across on-premises, Azure, and AWS.

Collaborate with geospatial, network, and development teams to design, deploy, and secure cloud infrastructure while building CI/CD pipelines and maintaining documentation for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or other related discipline is required (Master's degree a plus)
• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305) are a plus
• 2+ years of professional experience designing, executing, and supporting Esri ArcGIS Enterprise
• Experience identifying and resolving complex technical issues
• Self-motivated learner with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with geospatial, network and development teams to build and configure Azure resources to support ArcGIS Enterprise environments
• Apply concepts of computing, networking, security, and the cloud to system design
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing server environments
• Deploy and maintain hosted applications and databases
• Configure logging, monitoring, and alerting for cloud infrastructure and services
• Plan disaster recovery, redundancy, and backup activities for managed cloud infrastructure
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate resource provisioning and administration
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to deploy infrastructure and applications
• Write comprehensive documentation on system implementations and changes
• Manage identity and access for cloud resources (Azure AD)
