Scope of Services

1. County business need/background
The Resident Services Tax IT group (RS IT Tax) is seeking a consultant / Developer with experience developing cloud applications in Azure.
2. Work to be performed
Consultant would primarily be responsible for developing Web application using Dot Net, APIs and IBM Connector for cloud applications specific to the logic layer of the Three Tier Application Development Framework that we adhere to in our organization.

Estimated start date: 08/07/2023
Estimated end date: 12/31/2023
Onsite or remote: Remote
Fulltime or parttime: Full-time, 40 hours per week

3. Specific skills/experience required

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Ten years of technical experience in Microsoft technologies such as Cloud application development using .Net and .Net Core, C# and API Management.

Expert knowledge in .Net and .Net Core frameworks.

Good Experience in Angular, Typescript, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Secure Coding, REST APIs, SQL Server, etc., and deployed to Azure Cloud Infrastructure.

Good understanding of progressive web applications.

Knowledge and understanding in secure coding best practices.

Good understanding of testing web applications for mobile use and accessibility.

Good general understanding of Azure Services and Azure portal

Good understanding of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory fundamentals.

Writing necessary documentation
