Qualifications

• 7+ years of infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise architecture experience.
• Strong Azure architecture experience in large environments.
• Experience evaluating and migrating on-prem workloads to Azure.
• Experience creating cloud strategy, governance models, and architectural standards.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and ecosystem services.
• Experience working directly with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing infrastructure and determine cloud readiness for Azure migration.
• Develop cloud architecture standards, roadmaps, and long-term strategy.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and business teams on modernization efforts.
• Lead architectural decisions around Azure services, governance, scalability, and resiliency.
• Design secure and sustainable cloud solutions for both business and clinical environments.
• Support data center transformation initiatives and workload migrations.
• Assist with acquisition-related integrations and cloud planning.
• Create architecture documentation, standards, and implementation guidance.
• Advise leadership on cloud adoption, modernization priorities, and technology investments.
