Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a senior Cloud/API architect in the United States to lead API strategy and integration across Azure APIM.

You will design and implement enterprise API solutions, establish governance standards, and enforce security best practices across Azure environments. Responsibilities include building scalable microservices architectures, defining policies for authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and routing; automating deployments with Azure DevOps and IaC

Qualifikationen

• >> Experience designing and implementing enterprise APIs on Azure API Management (APIM).
• >> Strong IaC skills with Terraform/Bicep/ARM templates.
• >> Knowledge of API governance, security best practices, and lifecycle management.
• >> Proficiency with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT-based auth.
• >> Experience with Azure Integration Services, including Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus.
• >> Experience building scalable microservices-based integrations and secure architectures.
• >> Proficient in CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps.
• >> Ability to collaborate across cloud, application, infrastructure, and security teams.
• >> Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize API gateway configurations.

Aufgaben

• > Design, architect, and implement enterprise API solutions using Azure APIM.
• > Establish API governance standards, lifecycle management, and security practices.
• > Develop APIM policies for authentication, authorization, rate limiting, transformation, caching, and routing.
• > Design secure integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and other Azure services.
• > Implement enterprise authentication with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and Azure Entra ID.
• > Build scalable, highly available microservices-based integration architectures.
• > Automate deployments with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• > Collaborate with cloud, application, infrastructure, and security teams to define strategies.
• > Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize gateway configurations.
• > Ensure governance, compliance, and security across Azure environments.
