Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a seasoned AI Engineer to lead on-site deployment, integration, and scaling of enterprise Generative AI solutions. You will work directly with customer engineering teams to operationalize LLMs and retrieval systems across Azure cloud.

You will collaborate across functions, turning research into production-ready infrastructure and guiding strategy with strong analytical insights and clear communication of business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in software engineering, ML, or AI-focused roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with LangGraph and building agentic workflows.
• Proven experience in fine-tuning LLMs, including supervised fine-tuning and RL methods.
• Strong background in experimental design, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with modern ML/AI frameworks.
• Experience reducing hallucinations beyond prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, and scale enterprise AI solutions on-site within client environments.
