Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks an experienced Azure AI Security Engineer to provide technical leadership in securing Azure and Microsoft cloud environments at enterprise scale.

You will design robust security architectures, embed security across the delivery lifecycle and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance daily security engineering activities. You will collaborate across engineering, operations and compliance teams to implement zero-trust controls, IAM, data protection and threat prevention while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services
• Strong understanding of cloud security concepts and enterprise-scale environments
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Sentinel and Intune

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in securing Azure and Microsoft cloud environments at enterprise scale
• Design, implement and improve security architectures across Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and multi-clouds
• Embed security into the full delivery lifecycle with engineering and DevOps teams
• Develop automation scripts and tooling for security operations and compliance
• Apply AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to security triage, investigation and runbook automation
• Contribute to secure adoption of AI technologies with guardrails for data and access controls
