Job summary

ITAC Solutions in Nashville seeks a hands-on engineer to architect Azure AI systems, document ingestion pipelines, RAG solutions, and the data infrastructure that turns complex information into secure, intelligent, searchable knowledge.

You’ll design and operate Azure infrastructure for AI workloads, build ingestion pipelines with OCR and vector indexing, develop LLM-integrated apps, APIs, and integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, iManage, and ensure robust data governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or AI engineering with hands-on production experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate Azure infrastructure supporting AI workloads.
• Build document ingestion pipelines using OCR, extraction, chunking, and vector indexing.
• Design and operate production RAG architectures and LLM-integrated applications.
• Develop APIs, integrations, agents, and AI-powered applications.
• Architect databases, schemas, ontologies, taxonomies, and retrieval systems.
• Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, iManage, and AI platforms.
• Maintain AI integrations, MCP servers, authentication, and data governance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Experience with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Online, Copilot 365, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience configuring and deploying MCP servers.
• RAG, vector indexing, and LLM application experience.
