Frontier Senior Living seeks a Medication Technician for Catalina Springs Memory Care in Oro Valley, AZ. You will administer medications, document accurately, and support residents with daily care in a warm, team-based environment.

Arizona Caregiver Certification is required, English proficiency is essential, and training is offered. Shifts include day, swing, and overnight with a focus on safety and resident well-being.

Qualificações

• Arizona State-Approved Assisted Living Caregiver Certification is required.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in English required for communication with residents and staff.
• Attends in-services monthly as part of ongoing training.
• Willingness to train and work with elderly population.

Responsabilidades

• Administers medications and treatments according to schedule.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Notifies Resident Care Coordinator and RN of changes in condition.
• Assists with monthly medication records as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and restocking of Med room and cart.
• Demonstrates proper technique with equipment or learns to assist with items as directed.
• Capable of taking accurate vital signs and weights.
• Fill-in for receptionist as directed by leadership.
• Fill in for a caregiver when needed.
• Assist in care needs of residents, lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Work as manager on duty as directed by Executive Director/ RCC.
• Keep current on First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
