Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP System Administrator in Frederick, MD, to manage production stability and system administration. You'll own the uptime and performance of AX 2012 while serving as the primary contact for Finance and Supply Chain super-users.

Required qualifications include 4–6 years in Dynamics AX Production support, proficiency in AX administration and troubleshooting skills, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Production support in a highly customized environment.
• Strong troubleshooting with SQL Profiler, Event Viewer, and ability to interpret X++ stack traces.
• Experience with ITIL methods and runbook creation.

Responsibilities

• Administer AOS instances and monitor AX 2012 Production uptime.
• Serve as primary contact for Finance and Supply Chain super-users.
• Lead incident response for AX Production and manage change processes.
• Implement proactive monitoring and maintain interface catalogs.

Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Production support

AX administration (AOS, Batch, AIF configuration)

Troubleshooting skills (Event Viewer, SQL Profiler)

SQL Server literacy
