Cognizant is seeking an AWS WorkSpaces Migration Architect in a remote/hybrid client-facing role in the United States. You will lead architecture, discovery, sizing, and migration planning for EUC/VDI, designing persistent and non-persistent desktop pools with FSLogix, App Layering and FSx.
Responsibilities include Terraform IaC, CI/CD automation, and proactive lifecycle management. The role offers $140,000–$160,000 annually, plus Cognizant’s discretionary incentive program and standard
Lead discovery, assessment, sizing, dependency mapping, and migration planning activities.
Design migration waves, pilot deployments, cutover strategies, rollback procedures, and transition plans.
Deploy:

Design desktop pools based on workload personas and business requirements.
Define scaling, capacity planning, high availability, and disaster recovery architecture.
Establish profile management and user experience optimization strategies.

Recommend appropriate desktop delivery model:

Optimize application delivery, user personalization, and data management.

Build automated CI/CD pipelines using:

The Salary for this position will be 140,000 to 160,000 yearly depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
