Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an AWS Windows Engineer, Lead to design, deploy, and manage Windows infrastructure in the AWS cloud. The role requires leading a team, delivering secure, scalable solutions, and ensuring best practices across our cloud environments.

The position is in Vienna, VA, hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day telework) and demands a Top-Secret clearance with SCI Poly. A bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience is required, with extensive Windows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in Windows engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on AWS experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Windows-based infrastructure in AWS.
• Lead a team of engineers, guiding best practices and innovation.
• Configure AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy; patch and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Implement cost-efficient cloud solutions using AWS services and IaC tools.
• Develop automation with PowerShell and AWS CLI.
