Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a Senior AWS Solutions Architect to support the DSCA Case Development Modernization effort. You will contribute to modern system architectures, cloud-native designs, and integration with legacy DSAMS.

Remote-eligible position; must hold an active Secret clearance and be able to operate within Eastern Time hours. This role offers competitive compensation and a path to advanced challenges within national defense programs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 5+ years in systems architecture with related degree; or 9 years with HS diploma.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and DoD standards.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops system architectures meeting mission requirements.
• Collaborate with senior architects and SMEs to define interfaces and integration needs.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies to refine epics and user stories.
• Ensure compliance with DoD standards and IL5 GovCloud requirements.
• Create architectural artifacts, models, data flows, and documentation.
