The Position

We are hiring an AWS Solutions Architect to join our team. You will work with clients either through:

• Team Augmentation: Integrate into the client's team and work alongside their designers and engineers.
• Design & Build: Work on a FullStack product team to develop and deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AWS Solutions Architecture and deployment experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Experience with AWS data and messaging services, including PostgreSQL (RDS/Aurora), RabbitMQ or Amazon MQ, Redis/ElastiCache.
• Experience with background task processing and observability tools like Celery, Langfuse, or OpenTelemetry.
• Familiarity with AI services, especially AWS Bedrock.
• Deep knowledge of AWS IAM, networking, monitoring, and cost analysis.
• Ability to produce clear documentation and estimates.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or CodePipeline.
• Experience with Docker, ECS Fargate, or EKS.
• Security compliance experience (HIPAA, SOC2, NIST).
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and library contributions.
• Ability to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Attention to detail, positive attitude, and ownership mindset.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week consistently.
