The Position
We are hiring an AWS Solutions Architect to join our team. You will work with clients either through:
- Team Augmentation: Integrate into the client's team and work alongside their designers and engineers.
- Design & Build: Work on a FullStack product team to develop and deliver solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of AWS Solutions Architecture and deployment experience.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Four-year college degree required.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
- Experience with AWS data and messaging services, including PostgreSQL (RDS/Aurora), RabbitMQ or Amazon MQ, Redis/ElastiCache.
- Experience with background task processing and observability tools like Celery, Langfuse, or OpenTelemetry.
- Familiarity with AI services, especially AWS Bedrock.
- Deep knowledge of AWS IAM, networking, monitoring, and cost analysis.
- Ability to produce clear documentation and estimates.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or CodePipeline.
- Experience with Docker, ECS Fargate, or EKS.
- Security compliance experience (HIPAA, SOC2, NIST).
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and library contributions.
- Ability to create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Attention to detail, positive attitude, and ownership mindset.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience with large, complex systems.
- Ability to work 40 hours/week consistently.
