Job summary

KPG99 INC is seeking a Support Engineer to define secure, scalable AWS architectures and govern cloud-native patterns. You will review IaC, security, observability, DR and cost controls while coordinating onsite with offshore teams and presenting decisions to stakeholders.

You will also conduct RCAs and implement robust solutions, ensuring customer-facing communication is concise and aligned with enterprise governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing secure, scalable AWS solutions.
• Ability to review IaC, security, observability, DR and cost controls.
• Experience presenting architecture decisions to stakeholders.
• Onsite coordination between offshore and local teams.
• Strong customer-facing communication and executive reporting.

Cloud-native integration and customer-facing architecture governance

Define secure, scalable and resilient AWS solution architectures

In addition Support Engineer should be able to do the following

• Play the role of onsite co-Ordinator for offshore
