You will analyze cash application workflows, partner with tech teams to introduce AI and automation, train analysts, and own initiatives that reduce manual touches and waste while enhancing scalability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of tax, finance or analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of applying KPIs to analyses.
• 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis.

The Global Accounts Receivable (GAR) team is seeking a passionate Cash Application expert to help achieve our vision to provide world‑class Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) experience to our internal and external customers in support of Amazon’s journey to become earth’s most customer‑centric company.

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Senior Financial Analyst must be strategic and detail oriented, have strong accounting and finance skills, robust interpersonal and influencing skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to gather business and technical requirements across global teams to drive systems and change management processes. This person will need to roll up his/her sleeves, work independently, and have an extremely high level of ownership and ability to dive deep. This person will seek out opportunities to reduce human touches, eliminate process waste, move towards scalability and self‑service, and work with tech teams to leveraging AI and emerging tech.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
