Job Title: AWS Scala Developer

Location: Remote

Experience Required: 10+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, resilient, and secure applications using Scala.
• Lead development of complex features leveraging type-level programming in Scala.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA) to deliver robust software solutions.
• Build and optimize microservices and distributed systems.
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and performance improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Scala development, with strong expertise in type-level programming.
• 6+ years of experience working with AWS cloud services and Docker for containerization.
• Strong knowledge of functional programming principles and best practices.
• Experience building and deploying distributed, event-driven, and microservices-based systems.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
