Responsibilities

• Разработка архитектурных решений, документации и чертежей для реализации клиентов.
• Лидерство в технологии, отслеживание новых сервисов AWS и трендов GenAI.
• Установление отношений с клиентами, преимущественно в регионе ЕС, адаптация решений под нужды.

As a Presales Solution Architect at SnapSoft, you will be the technical bridge between our sales team, our delivery team and our clients. You'll leverage your deep understanding of Generative and Traditional AI, AWS and cloud technologies to design and present compelling solutions that address complex business challenges. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by translating client needs into innovative, scalable, and secure GenAI solutions on AWS.

Needs Assessment and Analysis

• Conducting in-depth assessments with clients to understand their business and technical needs.
• Analyzing client requirements and proposing feasible technical solutions based on them.
• Identifying client challenges and goals, recommending effective solutions, and building client trust.

Sales Support

• Working closely with the sales team to jointly develop competitive sales strategies.
• Supporting the sales process as a technical expert, answering questions, and facilitating communication with clients.
• Managing the scope of client requirements and drafting contractual proposals based on them.
• Participating in RFI/RFP responses.
• Understanding AWS enablement/support programs and applying them based on client needs.

Cost Estimation and Proposal Preparation

• Contributing to the creation of accurate cost estimates for recommended solutions.
• Preparing proposals that clearly highlight the value and benefits of the solutions.

Solution Design and Architecture

• Designing complex, AWS-based solutions tailored to client needs and delivery capabilities.
• Preparing detailed architectures, documentation, and proposals.
• Ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with AWS best practices.
• Conducting technical alignment of proposed solutions with internal teams.

Technology Leadership

• Continuously tracking the latest AWS services, AI developments, and cloud technologies.
• Maintaining a deep and confident knowledge of SnapSoft's service offerings.
• Obtaining and maintaining all relevant AWS certifications.

Client Relations

• Meeting and maintaining contact mainly with clients from the EU region.
• Devising custom solutions or optimizing existing solutions according to client needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Presales Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
• Strong technical background in GenAI.
• Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proactive, solution-focused attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Business fluent English proficiency.
• Experience with Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
