Job summary

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Installation Technician to join a growing team within infrastructure operations. You will work with minimal supervision to drive stability and scalability of our networks and help automate processes for future growth.

Required are a high school diploma and 2+ years in related technical roles (hardware repair, cabling, network deployment, data centers). Travel within and outside regional areas is expected.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, data center operations, or technical project management.
• Preferred industry certifications such as CompTIA, CCENT, Network+.

Responsibilities

• Moving and installing large enterprise equipment.
• Installing fiber and copper cabling between equipment.
• Ensuring safety and security standards during installation.
• Following hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities.
• Safely using material handling tools.
