Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Center Delivery Consultant, Software Engineering Solutions, to join our AI & Engineering team. You will design and maintain REST/API integrations across AWS, Salesforce, and external systems, building data flows and event pipelines within an AWS-centric architecture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Active Top Secret clearance.
3+ years of experience building production integrations on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, Event Bridge, SQS/SNS).
3+ years of experience with REST/API design and implementation.
3+ years of experience integrating with Salesforce (Apex, Connected Apps, or an iPaaS tool).
3+ years of experience integrating third-party or legacy government systems and secure handling of PII and biometric data in transit and at rest.
3+ years of experience with CI/CD and automated testing for integration code.
Reside a commutable distance to Deloitte office locations (Gilbert, AZ; Mechanicsburg, PA; Lake Mary, FL).
Able to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain REST/API integrations between AWS services, Salesforce, and external systems (ATS/NVC, ACE, Paravision).
Develop event-driven integration flows using Lambda, API Gateway, Iprove, SQS/SNS.
Build and maintain Salesforce-side integration components (Apex, Connected Apps, or an iPaaS tool).
Implement data mapping and transformation logic between systems with differing schemas.
Write automated tests for integration endpoints and data flows.
Document data flows and integration points to support the ATO process.
Troubleshoot integration failures across the full chain, from mobile app to ACE.
Collaborate with cloud infrastructure engineer, application developers, and CBP stakeholders to keep integrations aligned with policy and security requirements.
