Job summary

firstPRO US in Boston is seeking an AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our direct-hire, on-site team three days per week. The role focuses on administering cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS platforms, with hands-on work across AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 services in a hybrid environment.

You will support migration efforts, monitor health and performance, and troubleshoot networking and identity challenges using Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams and related tools.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Solid networking fundamentals: switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless, with real troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on exposure to AWS or Azure - comfort navigating, deploying, and supporting cloud resources.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot email, collaboration, authentication, and device management issues through to resolution.
• 3-6 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
