Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking engineers for an on-site Denver role focused on non-relational and emerging database services. You will build, deploy and monitor AWS services, including relational and Aurora platforms, to support-demanding customers.

The team values operational excellence, automation, and deep troubleshooting. A Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance is required, with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency you serve.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Associate's degree, or Cloud+ or GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) or GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials) or SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
• 3+ years of industry work experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy and monitor AWS Relational and Aurora Services within Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) regions.
• Design, deploy, monitor and automate infrastructure, tools and systems for a highly-available, resilient platform.
• This role involves on-call responsibilities.
