Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines and models using Snowflake and dbt.
• Design, develop, test, and support backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Build and deploy scalable, cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Develop microservices and integrations supporting IVA/contact-centre workflows.
• Utilize AWS compute, storage, messaging, API integration, monitoring and security services.
• Implement REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and reusable services.
• Troubleshoot production issues, focusing on performance and reliability.
• Follow CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, observability and secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, contact-centre and engineering teams to meet requirements.
