The Opportunity: As an AWS Geospatial Software Engineer, you will resolve end‑to‑end geospatial challenges in a fast, agile environment. You will develop software and systems from vision to production‑ready, leveraging expertise in geospatial data processing and large‑scale spatial algorithm development.
This role is more than just coding. As a software engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies, ensuring that solutions consider architecture, operating environment, future functionality, and enhancements.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Active clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam are mandatory.
Salary range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package, which includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Salary is determined by factors such as location, education, skills, and organizational requirements. The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
