Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 3 in the US to drive application architecture, including microservices and cloud-native patterns, with a focus on Generative AI use cases. You will design, prototype, and guide complex software solutions, ensure robust testing, and align deliverables with client needs.

The role involves collaboration with architects and project teams across banking, wealth management and insurance domains.

Qualifications

• Experience in Application Architecture, incl. microservices, cloud-native architectures, integration patterns, scalability, security, performance optimization.
• Programming experience in Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Python (AI/ML use cases).
• Proven ability to design, develop, and demonstrate Generative AI proofs of concept using Java, .NET or Python.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools (LeanIX, Sparx Systems EA, Bizzdesign Alfabet).
• Experience creating enterprise architecture artifacts, capability models, and technology roadmaps.
• Familiarity with TOGAF and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements from client workshops.
• Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and optimize functionality.
• Develop complex software applications and establish coding standards with the development team.
• Create and guide comprehensive testing strategies aligned with requirements.
• Guide technical implementation of system infrastructure and new applications.
• Ensure consistent system rollouts and minimize operational disruptions.
• Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions.
• Provide insights and build relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Establish knowledge bases for vital information.
• Contribute to selection of tools and development roadmaps related to client needs.
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs with development insights.
