Job summary
MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer in Malvern, PA. The role focuses on AWS-based DevOps, Kubernetes/EKS administration, and Rocket Vertica support, with a strong emphasis on automation and CI/CD pipelines.
You will work on production systems, perform troubleshooting, and ensure high availability, backups, and incident response. This 7-month+ extension engagement requires US work authorization.
Qualifications
- Hands-on AWS DevOps with Kubernetes and Vertica expertise.
- Strong AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes administration, Vertica support.
- Kubernetes/EKS administration and troubleshooting.
- Rocket Vertica administration, upgrades, and support.
- Experience with CloudFormation and CI/CD tools.
- Strong Linux administration and Shell/Python scripting.
- Production monitoring, performance tuning, HA, backup/recovery, and incident support.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on AWS DevOps with Kubernetes and Rocket Vertica administration.
- Manage AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Vertica deployments and upgrades.
- Implement and maintain CloudFormation templates and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform Linux administration, scripting, and automation tasks.
- Monitor systems, tune performance, ensure high availability, and handle incident response.
