Job summary

Infosys seeks a Technology Consultant 2 to lead end-to-end SDLC activities, from requirements to implementation, with a strong focus on DevOps, cloud, and automation. You will design, code, review, and deploy in AWS environments, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration across cross-functional teams, delivering robust software solutions and resolving production issues while maintaining comprehensive documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.
• All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices is essential.
• AWS cloud services and containerization expertise are required.
• Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions for the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features with a focus on stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies and coordinate bug fixes for quality.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks for new apps.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive reliability improvements.
• Maintain records of code, testing methods, and support activities for knowledge base.
