Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks aSenior Delivery Consultant to partner with customers in designing, implementing, and managing AWS solutions that meet technical requirements and business objectives.

You will lead migrations, provide technical guidance, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud architectures while aligning with best practices across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3+ years of cloud architecture and implementation.
• 3+ years as contact center tech architect or senior developer with leading platforms such as Amazon Connect, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE InContact, Salesforce.
• 2+ years designing NLP/NLU solutions in enterprise contact centers.
• 2+ years REST APIs / integration of 3+ contact center platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentoring and creating reusable artifacts within the organization.
