Johnson Technology Systems Inc in Reston/Herndon area seeks an AWS Data Engineer to design and implement a secure AWS data store and supporting serverless components for an enterprise financial workflow. The role emphasizes DynamoDB data modeling, IAM/KMS, CloudWatch and Lambda, and infrastructure automation with Terraform, plus Python or Node.js development and Git-based CI/CD.

Remote/hybrid work is available; local candidates should be onsite 4 days a week if near Herndon.

Formación

• 4+ years building and supporting AWS cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on DynamoDB data-modeling and performance experience.
• Strong AWS IAM, KMS, CloudWatch and Lambda knowledge.
• Infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or approved equivalents.
• Python and/or Node.js development experience.
• Git-based CI/CD and deployment experience.
• AWS certification and federal cloud experience preferred.
