Job summary

You will drive performance goals, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely, compliant execution of critical projects in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include shaping team strategies, maintaining quality controls, and mentoring managers to improve organizational outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management and team development experience.
• 3+ years of logistics experience.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Proactive and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Build and execute productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Logistics Managers to balance labor.
• Determine timelines that meet business and customer expectations; ensure they are met.
• Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
• Remove roadblocks and obstacles for major initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for communication and escalation within the area.
