KTek Resourcing LLC is seeking an experienced AWS Data Architect to design scalable, secure data platforms on AWS. The role emphasizes Medallion Architecture, data lakes, and enterprise governance.

You will design end-to-end AWS data architectures, build data pipelines, and implement BI integrations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with S3, Glue, Redshift, Lake Formation, and data governance.

We are looking for an experienced AWS Data Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade data platforms on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Medallion Architecture, AWS data services, data lake and data warehouse solutions, and enterprise data governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AWS data architecture using Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers).
• Architect scalable data lakes using Amazon S3 for storing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Design and develop data ingestion, transformation, and ETL pipelines using AWS Glue.
• Implement and optimize analytical data warehouse solutions using Amazon Redshift.
• Establish data governance, security, and access management using AWS Lake Formation.
• Manage metadata, schemas, and data discovery using AWS Glue Data Catalog.
• Enable business intelligence and reporting by integrating AWS data platforms with QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ensure data quality, scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization across the data platform.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in AWS Data Architecture and enterprise data platform design.
• Hands‑on experience with Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers).
• Expertise in Amazon S3, AWS Glue, and Amazon Redshift.
• Experience with AWS Lake Formation and AWS Glue Data Catalog.
• Strong understanding of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT, and data governance concepts.
• Experience with at least one BI tool: Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA data migration and integration.
• Knowledge of SAP data extraction, CDC, and enterprise data integration.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise data modernization initiatives.
