Job summary

Incedo is seeking a hands-on AWS Data Architect to design, build, and scale enterprise data platforms for a Wealth Management client. The role combines architecture ownership with hands-on development of AWS-based data ecosystems, real-time pipelines, and governed data platforms in a hybrid setting.

You will design data lakes, lakes houses, and enterprise data warehouses, develop batch and streaming pipelines, implement CDC and streaming architectures, and mentor engineering teams while adhering

Qualifications

• 14–19 years in Data Engineering / Data Architecture.
• 6 years of AWS Data Architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS data services and modern AWS-based data ecosystems, real-time pipelines, and governed data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AWS data lakes, lakehouses, and enterprise data warehouses.
• Develop batch and real-time data pipelines using AWS native services.
• Architect and optimize large-scale ETL/ELT frameworks using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Implement CDC and streaming architectures using Kafka/MSK, Kinesis, and event-driven patterns.
• Lead data modeling initiatives (dimensional, OLTP, OLAP).
• Drive performance tuning for Spark, Redshift, and distributed workloads.
• Implement governance, lineage, security, and compliance standards for regulated financial data.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.

Role Summary

This role requires strong architecture ownership combined with hands-on development of modern AWS-based data ecosystems, real-time pipelines, and governed data platforms.
